What we do
IPMA Kids is a non-formal learning programme for the development of children’s PM skills. It is based on the ICB4Kids competency framework, which describes the target competencies to be acquired in the workshops. The non-formal learning is a programme based on learning by doing projects.
How we do it
The project-based approach in the form of workshops allows kids to take part in their learning because they learn to work more independently. They think about the means they are going to use to achieve the objectives “How am I going to do it?

About ipma kids

IPMA Kids is a non-formal learning programme for the development of children’s PM skills. It is based on the ICB Kids competency framework, which describes the target competencies to be acquired in the workshops. non-formal learning program based on learning by doing projects.

The main goal of the program is to put into play an activity in an orderly manner in the form of one or more workshops:

  • participation in the elaboration of a project, in the suggested tasks, in the reflection on the action and its result
  • locating relevant information, organizing data
  • memorizing the steps of the sequence and the results obtained

This program is the expression of IPMA’s mobilization for the benefit of children’s development and well-being through playful activities. Stakeholders will have the opportunity :

  • to Set common goals for all in a workshop, but foster diverse and varied paths and, all relevant and valid
  • to appropriate the games proposed in the catalog, the associated tools and to know how to use them with coherence
  • to familiarize juniors from an early age with the complexity of the world and empower them with cognitive and psychosocial techniques to build their own projects throughout their lives
